A Fun Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

Our family had a great time in the spacious Family Suite with a cozy setup for kids. The onsite restaurants offered tasty options, especially the pizza, which the kids loved! Just be prepared for chilly hallways after October 15th. A hot tub would be a perfect addition for adults.

Had an awesome time with friends! The water park was amazing with tons of slides and pools to enjoy. We also loved the complimentary arts & crafts projects and the storytelling show was a hit with everyone. The staff was super friendly and made our stay even better. Can't wait to come back!

However, we faced a bit of a hassle with the slow-moving lines at the water slides. It really took away from the fun and kept us waiting longer than we'd hoped.

The wave pool was a hit with the kids, and the family rides gave us a blast! Highly recommend checking out the clean and newly renovated rooms for a comfy stay.

we had a fun time at great wolf lodge! the family suite was clean and comfortable for our family of five. it's super close to the water parks in the dells, making it really convenient. the lifeguard staff did a great job, ensuring safety throughout the waterpark. we also appreciated having some swim essentials like flip flops and goggles.

A Family's Fun Escape

When I first checked in, I wasn't feeling well and Emma at the front desk actually remembered me the next evening, asking how I felt. I mean, that's real customer service in a sea of individuals, it’s the little things that count, right?

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for a family weekend.

the family suite was super comfy with air conditioning, a microwave and a fridge. loved having a private bathroom and a TV for chill time. the water park had a cool water slide and both indoor and outdoor pools. nice fitness center and a kids' pool too. overall, a fun spot for family

Had a great time with the family! The kids loved the water park, which had plenty of activities. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. However, food and activities felt pricey, and the parking fee was surprising for hotel guests.

The pool is fun, but the limited hours are disappointing since it closes at 8 PM and reopens at 10 AM, which means limited use, especially for those checking out the next day. The staff was friendly, with Patrick and Cassie providing helpful assistance during our check-in. Dinner and snacks were easy to find nearby, which was a nice touch.

We had an absolute blast splashing around in the waterpark! My favorite part was how the wristband system let us easily grab snacks and access all amenities without worrying about cash. The Enchanted Lagoon kids spa was an adorable treat for my little ones
